How should I wash Living Textiles and Lolli Living products?

All our products are machine washable and built to last. However, please read and follow the specific care tags stitched on each item carefully. To protect the premium fibers, avoid soaking, and do not use deep cleansing or bleaching agents (including chlorine and non-chlorine bleaches).

What do the care symbols on the product tags mean?

To preserve the look and lifespan of your nursery essentials, follow the standard international care symbols on our tags. For most of our 100% cotton blankets and sheets, this indicates a cold/warm gentle machine wash, tumble drying on low, and using a warm iron if needed. Never dry clean baby bedding.

How do I know what size bedding or sleepwear to buy?

Our crib sheets, blankets, and textiles are manufactured to standard US nursery specifications (such as our 30x40 inch organic blankets). For wearables and sleepwear, always choose items according to your child's current length and weight rather than age alone to guarantee a safe, snug fit.

What are your shipping rates and do you offer free shipping?

We provide FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, flat or weight-calculated shipping rates apply and will be clearly displayed during your checkout process.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

We process and ship all warehouse orders within 1–2 business days. Once handed over to our courier services (delivering during normal business hours), standard delivery within the United States generally takes no more than 6 working days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility, we automatically send a shipping confirmation message to your email address containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check the courier's step-by-step progress.

What happens if I am not home when my package is delivered?

If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, it may safely be redirected to your local post office or holding depot for pickup. The driver will leave an informational notification card detailing exactly where and how to collect your parcel.

How do I make a purchase if I do not have a USA shipping address?

What is your online return policy?

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the product unused and in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value. Simply fill out the physical return form attached to your original invoice, note your reason for the return, and mail it back to us.

I bought a product from a local baby boutique. Can I return it directly to you?

We are unable to accept or process returns for items purchased from external retail stores or third-party websites. Please reach out directly to the store you bought it from to review their custom return policy. We always welcome feedback regarding your experiences with local boutique stockists!
